Symposium at spring meeting >

GPU cluster

New 24 GPU cluster funded by SRFN

Together with H. Meyer, E. Schömer, P. Virnau and H. Wittig, the group received a grant from the Center for Computational Sciences in Mainz to set up a GPU based compute cluster.

The new cluster is meant to serve as a testing ground for a possible larger acquisition of Mainz's computing center ZDV.
